The Holidays this year are certainly a mixed bag of emotions.  So many people across our country have suffered devastating losses.

Within our own community, and our own CWS family, there have been heartbreaking losses.  Perhaps there is someone on your mind who would be grateful to hear from you.  Don’t put it off – call or visit  them as soon as you can!

Let’s make 2022 the year of compassion.  Be a blessing to someone who needs a kind word or smile.

Dick Krall Retrospective Exhibit & Sale
January 6-26, 2022

Announcement from Norm Freyer:

I am sure that you are aware that Dick Krall of Inverness died some months ago.  Dick was a long-term member of the Citrus Watercolor Society, the Art Center of Citrus County and the Nature Coast Painters. He was also a Signature Member of the Florida Watercolor Society. I had a note from Linda Krall yesterday regarding an exhibit and sale of Dick’s artwork at the Art Center of Citrus County. The show opens Thursday January 6, 2022, 5-8 PM. Show runs until January 26, 2022. The Nature Coast Painters will hold their January 10th meeting at the exhibit.

But all good things must come to an end, and this column for the upcoming month of January 2022, will be my last. (continue reading…)
